Effective date: May 6th, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Dynamic Analytics LLC ("Company") regarding the use of this Excel add-in (the "Add-In"). By installing or using the Add-In, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-In.License grant
Dynamic Analytics LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Add-In for personal or business purposes only if it has been installed via the Microsoft Excel add-in store (AppSource), subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Ownership
The Add-In is the intellectual property of Dynamic Analytics LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Add-In is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Dynamic Analytics LLC does not guarantee that the Add-In will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Analytics LLC will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Add-In.
Updates
Dynamic Analytics LLC may provide updates to the Add-In. Your continued use of the Add-In following such updates constitutes acceptance of any changes to this Agreement.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Dynamic Analytics LLC may terminate it at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Add-In.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The United States America, with jurisdiction in the courts of New York State.
Changes to the Agreement
Dynamic Analytics LLC reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Add-In constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
