Dynamic Analytics LLC ("we", "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the handling of personal information in connection with the use of the XLKitLearn Excel Add-In ("the Add-In").
Personal information
There are three kinds of operations this add-in performs
- Operations that are performed locally on your machine, and never get sent to any other servers - this includes all predictive analytics calculations, and all optimization calculations.
- Operations that require the sending of your data and OpenRouter API key to OpenRouter - these data will be handled according to OpenRouter's privacy policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of large language model APIs.
- Operations that require the sending of your data, and OpenRouter API key, to Dynamic Analytics LLC servers. Your data may be stored there indefinitely, and used for analytics or other purposes. We take every pracuation to keep this data secure. By using XLKitLearn, you consent to your data being transmitted and sored in this way. This includes, but is not limited to, sending text messages and emails using XLKitLearn.
In all cases, the add-in will not explicitely collect any personal information, but it may implicitely collect this information depending on the data you choose to process in the add-in.
Like all add-ins distributed through Microsoft Add-in store ("AppSource"), usage data and telemetry may be collected by Microsoft. This data collection is managed by Microsoft and cannot be opted out of by add-in providers.
We also track usage statistics in the add-in.
Security
We recommend ensuring that your system and Excel installation are kept up to date to protect your device and its data from vulnerabilities.
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
